Managing client profiles at scale requires a structured process. The Local Profile Summary streamlines this with a logical, step-by-step flow:

Access the Profile Summary

Navigate to the client’s profile through the Locations section.


Review Business Information

Ensure all core fields, such as business name, address, phone number, and website URL, are correctly filled.

Update Descriptions

Edit the short and long descriptions to match the client’s brand voice and current offerings.

Manage Categories and Attributes

Select appropriate business categories and add relevant attributes that enhance local search context.

Monitor Completeness Score

Use the completeness score to identify any missing or incomplete profile elements and resolve them promptly.

Business Hours

Update the business hours in the ‘Hours’ section. These are your regular business hours.

More Hours

The ‘More Hours’ section allows you to add business hours for specific services offered by the location.

Special Hours

The ‘Special Hours’ section allows you to add special business hours for holidays or other occasions.

Media

The Media section lets you add three images for the logo, profile picture and cover picture respectively.

The Photos section lets you add images that are relevant to your business profile.

Services

The Services section lets you update the services offered by the business location.

Opening Date

Enter the date of establishment of the business location in the Opening Date section.

Temporarily Closed

If the business location is temporarily closed, it can be updated here. You can also add the date it will remain closed till.

Posts 

View the posts created for the business location and create new posts in the ‘Posts’ section.

View All Posts

Click on ‘View All’ to view the posts for the business location.

Edit / Delete Posts and View Platform

Edit or delete posts from the ‘Post’ section. You can also view the platforms to which the post was published to the right of each post. 

Create New Post

To create a new post, click on the ‘+’ icon at the top right.
