Managing and Adding Brand Voice
In today's dynamic digital landscape, a one-size-fits-all approach to content simply won't cut it. That's where the Brand Voices feature comes in. By adding new Brand Voices for your business, you can broaden the range and flexibility of your content, ensuring it speaks directly to different segments of your audience. Whether you're looking to adopt a more casual, authoritative, or playful tone, introducing multiple brand voices allows you to tailor your messaging to suit various platforms, campaigns, and customer personas. This flexibility not only deepens audience engagement but also reinforces your brand’s authenticity, enabling you to create content that aligns more closely with your brand’s evolving identity and resonates more effectively with your target audience.
Step 1: Click on ‘Manage’ in the Brand Voice tab of Content Studio.
Step 2: You will be prompted, as this will redirect you to the settings section of Milestone Presence Cloud (MPC).
Step 3: The ‘Brand Voice’ section of MPC allows you to view all the brand voices created for your business.
Step 4: You can edit the existing brand voices by clicking on the three-dot menu corresponding to it.
Step 5: Make edits to the Brand Voice Document or choose to ‘Regenerate’ the content in the brand voice document to update the selected brand voice.
Step 6: Once you have made the changes click on ‘Save’ to save the changes.
Creating a New Brand Voice
Step 1: Click on ‘Create New’ to start creating a new Brand Voice for your business.
Step 2: Enter the ‘Title’ for the Brand Voice. This specific brand voice will be stored unde this name for future reference and usage.
Step 3: Select the Business Profile to which this Brand Voice will be associated.
Step 4: Add a ‘Content Snippet’ for the system to understand the type of content that is associated with your business.
Step 5: Select a ‘Tone of Voice’ using the dropdown menu.
Step 6: Add ‘Inclusions’, these can me word or phrases that will be used across content that apply this Brand Voice.
Step 7: Add ‘Exclusions’, these words or phrases will be excluded from all content created using this brand voice.
Step 8: Once you have added all the details for the Brand Voice click on ‘Generate’ to create a new brand voice for your business.
