AI Insights
The Executive Summary in your Analytics dashboard features monthly AI-generated insights. These insights highlight key performance changes, uncover the reasons behind them, and suggest next steps directly within your Executive Summary. With no extra work on your end, you’ll gain quick, actionable recommendations to support more informed and efficient marketing decisions.
Path: Analytics > Executive Summary > Select Profile
Step 1: Click on ‘Executive Summary’ in the Analytics expanded menu.
Step 2: Click on the action icon corresponding to the profile for which you wish to view AI Insights.
Step 3: The Executive Summary will now display AI insights for the selected profile for various metrics. The metrics are calculated on a monthly basis and compared Year-on-Year.
You can expand the insights for a category by clicking on the dropdown icon corresponding to it.
You can see historic AI Insights by changing the month from the top-right dropdown.
You can also view AI Insights for Paid Media by clicking on the ‘Paid Media’ tab.
Paid Media AI Insights
AI-powered insights automatically generate data for all our paid media client profiles. This enables clients to access key metrics like bookings and ROI instantly in their reports, allowing for instant decision-making.
Step 1: Click on ‘Filter’ at the top right and select the ‘Paid Media Performance’ filter.
The Executive Summary will now display all the KPIs available for the paid media campaigns.
Step 2: Click on any of the KPIs to view the reasons behind the change in performance and recommended actions.
Step 3: If you wish to make changes to the insights provided click on the ‘Edit’ icon to the top right, and if you wish to delete insights for a KPI click on the ‘Delete’ icon.
You can also view these insights in Reports.
To view more insights and recommendations, click on ‘Explore AI Recommendations’.
