Smarter Content Scheduling & Display Controls

Record Scheduling for Dynamic Content

Problem: Users lacked granular control over the content within dynamic page sections that displayed campaigns or limited-time offers on a page, requiring manual intervention or developer assistance to adjust settings that control when they appear or disappear on the website.

Solution: Now, you can schedule start and end times for each content item directly in Page Studio.

Why it Matters: No more expired offers hanging around. No more back-and-forth with developers. Just set it and forget it.

What You Can Do:

  • Schedule offers to go live at midnight on a specific date
  • Set expiration for limited-time campaigns
  • Manage visibility without developer support

Dynamic Page Template Selection

The Challenge: Let’s say you manage a travel website. You’re showcasing destinations like Bali, Switzerland, and New York City, but each has different types of content to highlight.

Bali is all about tropical activities and spa getaways.

Switzerland focuses on scenic train rides and mountain resorts.

NYC needs space for food tours, events, and Broadway shows.

But until now, they all had to use the same page layout. That meant a one-size-fits-all experience that didn’t fit anyone very well. And changing layouts required a developer.

Solution: You can now choose different page layouts (templates) for each destination, or any type of content, right inside Page Studio.

How it Works: Pick a layout that highlights Bali’s spa offers.

Use a photo-first layout for Switzerland’s scenic views.

Show event calendars and tour options for NYC.

Apply one layout to an entire section or customize it for individual items.

Why it matters: No more cookie-cutter pages. No more dev help needed. Just the right layout for the right content—every time.

Organized Record Entry with Definition Groups

Problem: When you're adding detailed content like offers, events, or listings, seeing all the fields in one long list gets overwhelming. It’s hard to find what you need, and easy to miss something.

Solution: We’ve made it easier by grouping related fields into sections, called Definition Groups. Now, everything is neatly organized and easy to manage.

What this looks like: If you're updating an offer, instead of scrolling through one giant form, you'll see clear sections like:

  • Main Offer Details
  • Pricing Info
  • Terms & Conditions
  • State Availability

Each part of the content is grouped and labeled, so you know exactly where to go.

Why it Helps:  You’ll save time, avoid mistakes, and get a cleaner, more organized editing experience especially for complex content.

Advanced Form Editor – Update Forms Easily, Without Developer Help

Problem: Making changes to forms, like adding a field or fixing a label, used to require help from a developer. That meant delays, extra steps, and less control over you.

Solution: With the Advanced Form Editor in Page Studio, you can now make quick updates to existing forms yourself without raising tickets or needing a developer. No code, no tickets, no waiting.

You can:

  • Add, remove, or edit fields
  • Change the form layout
  • Add rules like “required” or “email only”
  • Add hidden fields to track campaigns
  • Write your own error messages

How This Helps You: Say you’re running a new promotion. You want to:

  • Add a “Preferred Contact Time” field
  • Make sure emails are entered correctly
  • Track where leads are coming from
  • Show a clear message if phone number is missing

Now you can do all of that in just a few clicks—right on Page Studio.
