Funnel Overview

The Funnel View is a powerful tool that helps you visualize and measure your business performance across the entire customer journey from awareness to conversion. By mapping key performance indicators (KPIs) at each stage, it provides a bird’s-eye view of where your brand is performing well and where there are opportunities for improvement. This allows you to make data-driven decisions to increase visibility, engagement, and conversions.

Mapping KPIs Across the Customer Journey

The Funnel View organizes your KPIs into four stages:

  • Awareness: How well your business is being discovered by potential customers.
  • Exploration: How effectively you capture interest and encourage further engagement.
  • Consideration: How well you nurture leads toward making a decision.
  • Conversion: How many leads or prospects turn into paying customers.

By viewing these stages together, you can identify patterns, strengths, and weak points in your marketing and sales efforts.

Search Type Classification

Search activity is coded based on the type of search performed, allowing you to see the proportion of each search type at different stages of the funnel. This breakdown helps you understand which search types are driving the most engagement and where they occur in the customer journey.

You can switch between search types using the tabs at the top of the Funnel View. This gives you a granular perspective on how each search type contributes to your KPIs at different stages, enabling more targeted optimization.

Exporting Funnel Data

To share or analyze the Funnel View data outside the platform, simply click the Export button. This allows you to generate a downloadable report containing all the KPIs and search type breakdowns for further review or presentation.
