Welcome to Milestone Local. To ensure the smooth onboarding of your business we have prepared a checklist of items that you need to provide to your Customer Success Manager (CSM). These details help us expedite your onboarding and optimize your experience on Milestone Local.
Business Information
Confirm that the PAS information below is accurate:
- Business Name:
- Address 1 & Address 2, City, State, Country, Zip Code:
- Phone:
- URL:
- Business Category
- Operating Hours
- Long and Short Description
- Images (Logo, Cover Image, and Additional 5 photos)
Google Business Profile Access
Provide Google Business Profile access on 5265682274 for individual business and 5580309839 for group business
Facebook Access
Provide Facebook access on 10153421504851758 Milestone agency ID.
Overview
- Business Owner adds Milestone as a “Partner” to their Facebook Business Manager Account
- Business owner Adds Milestone as a “Partner” to the Company Brand Page via Business Manager
- Milestone Accepts Partner & Page request.
Facebook Profile Onboarding Instructions
- Milestone does not create Facebook for clients. All FB pages must be created by the business owner.
- For single-location business owners, Milestone requests access to the existing Facebook page.
- If there is no existing Facebook page, Milestone cannot map Facebook as a channel.
- If a business owner is unable to provide access but has an existing Facebook profile, Milestone can monitor activity but not manage the Facebook profile.
- Connect with your CSM to assist with your onboarding process.
