Upon logging in you will be greeted with the Dashboard that provides you complete control over your business profiles in one place. The Dashboard provides you with all your key performance indicators from across all the Milestone products, allowing you to start taking action right away.
Modern & Sleek User Interface
Frictionless Navigational Experience
The scalable multi-level navigation allows you to quickly navigate to specific sections within Milestone products. This design is more intuitive and reduces the time to action.
Clutter-free Way To Select Profiles
The profile filters allow you to quickly find the business profile you are looking for and get based on their locations.
Prominent Date Selection For Analysis
The page-level date selector allows you to filter dates for relevant screen, thereby, reducing confusion and removing redundancy.
Accessing CMS Made Easy With CMS Portfolio Screen
The Milestone CMS profile selector provides more information about the CMS profiles in one place. Details like Profile Name, Address, Status and CMS access are all in one place.
Explicit Option to navigate to My Profiles / My Business
The My Profiles and My Business section to the bottom left of the dashboard provides full control over business profiles and overall business details.
Please note: Availability of these features depends on the user roles assigned.
My Profiles
The My Profiles section allows you to add business profiles, deactivate business profiles, assign the profile to a business or assign a user to the profile.
Clicking on a profile opens the Profile Information section. Here you can view the entire profile information.

My Business
The My Business section give you full control over the configuration of your business and its information on Milestone Presence Cloud. My Business allows you to:
Update business information.
Tool Milestone products.
Configure connections and add credentials.
Add users to the business.
Assign groups to the business to sort profiles.
Update user roles and permissions.
Update your business logo and other white labeling options.
Add a target audience to optimize your Milestone products.
Add a Brand Voice to improve your Milestone Presence Cloud experience and maintain consistency across your business profiles.
Easy Profile Creation
You can now quickly add a business profile to your business by providing basic business profile information, reducing onboarding time, and aiding in AI-driven Profile Account Summary (PAS).
Ease of Access to User Details
The user information provided in the ‘My Business’ section allows you to quickly view user information for a business along with their roles and the number of profiles assigned to them.
You can also assign/unassign profiles to users from here or deactivate users from the system.
Easy User Creation
The add-user workflow follows an industry-standard pattern and makes is easy to create new users. Simply click on the ‘Add User’ button.
Add the user details and assign them roles on MPC and CMS.
If you want to add multiple users in one go you can use the dropdown menu on the ‘Add User’ button to bulk upload users.
