Booking abandonment:
To reengage with visitors who abandoned the booking cart but filled up their personal details in the forms, our CMS which is integrated with virtually every top-notch booking engine triggers a booking reminder for customers who filled in their details (name, email ID, address) but did not complete the purchase. As per your choice, the reminder emails to complete the purchase will be sent 20 mins after the customer abandons the booking cart, or after a day or week. Your business has 3 booking reminder design templates to choose from.
Site abandonment:
For visitors that abandon the website or leave it idle as they probably couldn’t make a decision or thought of the price being too steep, the website will display a book now incentive on the website such as a price discount. This is triggered after 7 seconds of the page being idle and will close 15 seconds after being displayed. That said, once the visitor closes the pop-up it will not show up again until he/she clears the respective browser cache.
Booking reminders:
As part of our third strategy, for visitors that are planning their itinerary and wish to book later, instead of clicking on the book now button, they can opt to click on the ‘remind me later’ button. Such potential customers can then choose the date of the reminder, enter his/her name and email ID, and click on the ‘submit’ button. A booking reminder is then sent to this email ID on the date one entered.
