Glossary

Let’s take you through the common terms or statuses that you will come across while using FAQ Manager: 

FAQs Tab – The Question & Answer tab is where all content curation takes place and you can view the summary of your FAQs. 

Published Log Tab – Repository of all the published FAQs. 

Bulk Upload Tab – Where you can upload your FAQs in bulk using the sample documents. 

Published – The Q&A has been successfully published to the locations and sources of your choice

Sent to Published – The Q&A has been queued and is in ‘Pending’ status

Pending – The Q&A has not been published but has been queued to be published

New – All questions that have been recently sourced and are yet to be published

Draft – Questions and Answers that have been put in draft mode to be published at a later stage

Ignore – Questions that have been flagged for being irrelevant or inappropriate

Source – Source from where the questions have been fetched and to where it will be published

Edit – Make changes to a Question or Answer

Hide – Remove from sight a certain question and answer

Delete – Remove a question and answer from the database

Publish to same – Publish questions and answers to the same location that the question was sourced from

Publish to All – Publish questions and answers to all selected locations 

Publish to Custom - Publish questions and answers to certain locations only
