Content Workflow Changes
Why have we introduced these changes?
This is the first step towards our plan to launch campaigns. With campaign management coming later this month, we want to make sure that the UI can cater to the need for bulk workflows. This is also vital to streamline the content generation process so that we can get better quality output via AI.
List of changes:
1. New Template Library: This update features a new way to discover templates and find the templates that the user wants to create content for based on their intent.
2. New Dedicated Page: Each template comes with a dedicated screen that highlights the use case of the template so as to inform the user what they should use the template for.
3. Add as Favorite: Users can now star-mark their templates as favorites and will be able to see them under a new tab called 'favorites'.
4. New UI for Content Workflow: This update changes the layout of the workflow into a wizard approach. This allows users to quickly go through the steps and generate content that’s precise as the platform is now asking relevant questions to
5. New AI-Powered Content Brief: Our AI now suggests relevant questions to help users provide additional details, ensuring higher-quality output.

Bing Enhancements
1. More Hours
Problem statement: Ensure customers on Bing are viewing accurate hours for additional services such as brunch, dining, happy hours, etc.
Solution: We’ve now maximizing business profiles on Bing with the update of ‘More Hours’. Update the more hours and the same will be updated across Google and Bing going forward.

2. Bing Posts
Problem Statement: The posting capability to improve engagement for businesses was available only on Google, Facebook, and Apple.
Solution: Users can now post on Bing too, ensuring the same post is distributed across multiple channels in one go. This improves engagement and website clicks.
