Pre-requisites for onboarding to Milestone Insights.
Welcome to Milestone Insights. To ensure the smooth onboarding of your business we have prepared a checklist of items that you need to provide to your Customer Success Manager (CSM). These details help us expedite your onboarding and optimize your experience across Milestone products and services.
To begin the onboarding process please follow the steps below.
Business Details
These business details allow us to create a comprehensive profile on Milestone Insights and provide actionable insights when you require them.
Confirm that the business details below are accurate:
- Name:
- Address:
- Phone:
- URL:
- The names and email addresses of those who need access to Milestone Presence Cloud (MPC).
Competitor Information
Milestone Insights provides you with competitive insights to show you how you are performing in comparison to your competitors.
Top 3 Competitors (please provide the UNAP and URLs of 3 other competitor businesses)

Google Search Console Access
Search Console provides information on how Google crawls, indexes, and serves websites. This can help us monitor and optimize Search performance.
Grant Google Search Console Admin Access to Milestone:
- Google Search Console: Full access for gsitemap3.milestoneinternet@gmail.com
- Provide keywords up to 25 for Mobile and 25 for Desktop
Once you have provided your Customer Success Manager with the required information the Milestone team will update it to the Milestone Presence Cloud for consumption by Milestone Insights.
