Knowledge Vault
The Knowledge Vault in Content Studio is a centralized repository where users can add and manage trusted knowledge sources that Content Studio can reference while generating content, creating content ideas, and supporting AI-assisted workflows.

Knowledge Vault can include:
- Website URLs
- Uploaded files
- Question and answer pairs
By adding relevant knowledge sources, users can help Content Studio generate content that is more accurate, brand-aligned, and specific to the business, product, location, audience, or campaign.
Links Tab
The Links tab allows users to add website URLs as knowledge sources. Content Studio can crawl and manage website content from these URLs and use that information for AI training and content generation.

This is useful when users want Content Studio to reference existing website content, brand pages, offers, destination pages, service pages, or other online resources.

Users can:
- Add website URLs.
- View all added link sources.
- Search for existing links.
- Check when each link was last synced.
- Enable or disable link visibility.
- Review sync status.
- Access additional actions from the row menu.
- The Visibility toggle controls whether a link source is available for Content Studio to reference.
Files Tab
The Files tab allows users to upload documents and other file-based knowledge sources. Content Studio can extract content from these files and use that information as reference material for AI training and content creation.
