FAQ Generator

Opportunity: Publishing FAQs is a great way to answer your customer queries, appear in rich results, and rank well on search engine result pages (SERPs). For multi-location businesses that receive thousands of queries a day, it can be quite difficult to keep up. Solution: Milestone FAQ Manager’s FAQ Generation allows you to generate hundreds of FAQs and answers in minutes, ensuring you are everywhere your customers are. These FAQs are tailored to your webpages across multiple locations, ensuring that you are only generating relevant content and answering the most pressing questions.

The FAQ Generator resides in the left navigation panel of Milestone FAQ Manager.

The Profile Selection allows you to select business profiles you wish to generate FAQs for. This section also displays the number of URLs associated with each profile in the right column.

By clicking on a profile, you will enter the FAQ Generator for the profile. Select the URLs you want the FAQ generator to use as a reference for generating FAQs and answers.

Click on Generate Questions at the top right.

Select the questions want published with answers from the list and click on ‘Generate Answers’.

You will be redirected to the profile selection page, click on ‘Browse FAQs’ to view the generated FAQs and answers.

Select the FAQs you want to publish and click on ‘Publish’ at the top right of the screen.

Select the channels you wish to publish to and click on ‘Publish’ to the top right.

Use the ‘Published’ tab in FAQ Manager to view the status of the FAQs.

Analytics

View Reports on Milestone Presence Cloud

Performance reports will no longer be attached to email notifications. Instead, there will be a link in the email and you will be able to view your performance reports directly on our Milestone Presence Cloud platform. This provides a more complete view of your performance across Milestone products.

Click on ‘View Report’ within the email to be redirected to the Milestone Presence Cloud Reports section. You can also view the report generation history in the Reports section.
