The My Content section provides a centralized view of all content created for the selected profile. From this page, users can review content totals, monitor SEO performance, search for articles, filter content, and open individual items for editing or further action.

Summary Cards

The summary cards provide a quick snapshot of content activity for the selected profile.

Published: Shows the total number of content items that have been published.

Drafts: Shows the total number of content items saved as drafts. Drafts are content items that have been created but are not yet published or scheduled.

Scheduled: Shows the number of content items scheduled for future publishing.

Avg SEO Score: Shows the average SEO score across content items for the selected profile. This gives users a quick view of the overall optimization health of their content library.

Content List

The content list displays all content items created in Content Studio. Each row represents one content item and includes key details such as title, template, creator, date, status, and SEO score.

Content Status Tabs: Use the tabs at the top of the table to view content by status.

All: Displays all content items.

Scheduled: Displays content scheduled to be published at a future date or time.

Published: Displays content that has already been published.

Draft: Displays content saved as a draft.

Trash: Displays content items that have been moved to trash.

Search: Use the search bar to find a specific content item. Users can search by article title or relevant keywords.

Filters: Users can filter content by templates, created by, and date ranges.

Bulk Trash: Users can select multiple content pieces and move them to the trash in one go.
