Question 1: How many prompts are included by default?

There is no strict default limit, but in most cases, single-location plans include up to 50 prompts with a weekly data refresh. The number of prompts and the tracking frequency(Daily, Weekly, Monthly) can be customized based on business needs.

Question 2: Can I buy more prompts?

Yes, additional prompts can be purchased. The platform supports prompt customization, and the number of prompts can be scaled as required for specific business or enterprise needs.

Question 3: What is the frequency of data refresh?

The default frequency is weekly, but it can be configured to daily or monthly depending on the client’s requirements.

Question 4: Which LLMs do you support?

Currently, GEO Intelligence supports OpenAI, Perplexity, and Gemini. In Q1, support will expand to include Google AI Overviews, Claude, Copilot, Meta AI, and Grok.

Question 5: Can I update prompts? How?

Yes, prompts can currently be updated manually. Users can either write their own or choose from system-suggested prompts. In future releases, prompts will be dynamically updatable by providing contextual inputs through the platform.

Question 6: Why am I not showing up in mentions for my prompts?

This may happen if the prompt is highly competitive or if AI models lack sufficient data or citations about your content. It can also occur when the site content isn’t optimized or structured in a machine-readable way for LLMs to associate with the prompt.

Question 7: How do you calculate the Visibility Score?

Each prompt is checked across supported LLMs. For example, if you have 10 prompts and GEO tracks visibility across 3 LLMs, that results in 30 total results. Your visibility score represents how many of those results include your brand. It’s an unweighted average across all supported models.

Question 8: What is a realistic score to target?

An overall visibility score of around 80% is considered strong performance. Achieving 100% is unlikely due to competition and variation across prompt types.

Question 9: Why did my visibility score drop?

Visibility may drop due to changes in LLM algorithms, improved competitor performance, outdated or degraded content, or loss of citations from previously linked sources. Third-party script or technical issues can also occasionally impact visibility.

Question 10: Explain how we are selecting the prompts. What is our source? Do we ask ChatGPT? Do we use GSC/ahrefs/etc.?

Currently, prompts are generated using LLMs that first identify relevant keywords and then create intent-based prompts from them. These prompts are reviewed and selected for tracking. In the future, integration with tools like Ahrefs will enhance keyword sourcing to identify high-value prompts.
