Profile Completeness for Apple
Opportunity: Quickly update missing profile information for Apple and Google from one place.
Solution: You can now check the completeness of your profiles for your Apple listings from the Performance Summary section. You can also update missing information.
Dashboard > Local > Performance Summary
In the ‘Performance Summary’ section navigate to the ‘Profile Completeness’ screen
The ‘What Insights Should I focus on today?’ section provides insights to help you maintain an up-to-date profile. At the top of the table, you will see the overall completeness of your GMB and Apple business profiles.
In the table, you will be able to view insights for the various business channels you are using. If your profile is incomplete it will display which element is missing and from which channel.
To update information that appears in the Insights column click on ‘Get Started’ in the Actions column.
Once you click on ‘Get Started’ the profiles for which the element is missing will appear in the pop up.
Select the profile for which you wish to update the information and you will be redirected to the ‘Profile Summary’ page, here you will be able to update the missing information.
New Apple Crawlers
Opportunity: Check the accuracy of your business information across Local and Apple listings.
Solution: The new Apple Crawler displays an ‘Accuracy Score’ and provides a comparison between Business Information in Local and Apple.
Dashboard > Local > Listing Status
Click on the ‘eye’ icon next to the profile you wish to view the Listing Score and details about the listing.
Click on the ‘Maps Connect’ to see the accuracy of your listing on Apple.
The green ticks represent items that are same on both local and Apple profiles
The items in red are information that does not match in Local and Apple
Additional Phone Numbers for Apple Profile
Opportunity: Add numbers for specific services.
Solution: You can now add Additional Phone Numbers for your business to your Apple profile from the ‘Profile Summary’ page.
Dashboard > Local > Listing Status
From the ‘Listing Status’ section go to the profile for which you wish to update ‘Additional Phone Numbers’.
In the ‘Profile Summary’ page go to the Apple – Advanced Information section and click on ‘Edit’ in the ‘Additional Phone Numbers’ section
Click on ‘Add Phone Number’. Enter the ‘Phone Category’ and the ‘Phone Number’ and click on ‘Save’.
More Hours now Synced with Apple
The ‘More Hours’ section in the Profile Summary page will now automatically sync with both your Apple and GMB profile to keep the information up-to-date.
Schema Manager
Add Annotations to Schema Widgets
Opportunity: Add annotations for schema deployment in Schema Manager widgets.
Solution: You can now add custom annotations to the widgets in the Schema Manager section.
Dashboard > Schema > Summary
From the ‘Summary’ screen click on the dropdown below the charts to open the annotation section.
Click on ‘Create New Annotation’
Go to the ‘Event’ Dropdown menu and at the bottom click on ‘Add Event’
Create an ‘Event Name’ and ‘Description’ of the Event. You can select ‘Add to Predefined List’ to remember this Event in case it occurs periodically.
Once you have filled in the fields click on ‘Save’ to add the annotation to the widget.
You can use the ‘Add to predefined list’ feature to save an annotation for reuse later. This is useful for regularly occurring events.
Insights
View Pages that have Poor URLs
Opportunity: View only Poor URLs for your website.
Solution: You can now see which of your URLs are providing users with a Poor page experience using a simple dropdown menu.
Dashboard > Insights > Page Experience
In the ‘Page Experience’ section you can add a filter to view URLs that are providing a poor users experience.
Click on the ‘Filter’ dropdown menu
Select ‘Page Experience’ as the type of filter
Select the type of URLs you wish to see in the list.
You can select either ‘Good’ or ‘Poor’ URLs depending on the Page Experience they provide.
FAQ Manager
FAQ Performance
Opportunity: Gauge the performance of your FAQs.
Solution: You can now view the performance of FAQs on Website in the ‘Performance’ section in FAQ/Voice
Dashboard > FAQ/Voice > Performance Summary
You can see the FAQ rich results Impressions and Clicks using the data tiles on top of the chart.
You can filter the data by Device type using the ‘Device’ dropdown menu.
You can view ‘FAQ Ranking URLS’ and corresponding metrics such as Position, CTR, Clicks, and Impressions
You can select or deselect columns using the ‘Columns’ dropdown menu.
You can also choose to see all the pages that have FAQ rich results or pages on which FAQs have been published using the FAQ Manager
In-line Editing
You can now edit FAQs and stylize them to fit your business.
MPC Dashboard > FAQ/Voice > Q&A
Click on the three-dot menu to the right of the FAQ you wish to edit and select ‘Edit’
Click on ‘Stylized text or image’ to open stylization options.
Make the desired changes and click on ‘Save’
Analytics
Paid Media Data Upload
You can now select up to 15 data sources to upload Paid Media Cost & Conversions data.
From the MPC Dashboard click on the Settings icon to the top right of the screen.
In the Settings screen click on the three-dot menu to the left of the screen and select
the ‘Bluck Upload / Download’ option.
Please Note: This is applicable at the business level only.
From the ‘Bulk Upload / Download menu select ‘Paid Media Cost & Conversions’ as the
‘upload / download type’
Select the Data Source for which you are uploading the sheet.
Input the daily data into the required fields. Date, Profile Alias and at least one KPI are mandatory columns.
Choose the Excel file to which the data is saved
Upload the Saved Excel file
Uploaded Data on UI - now integrated into the ‘Overall Summary’ section
The ‘Overall Summary’ now integrates uploaded data to show you aggregate data.
MPC Dashboard > Reports
From the ‘Reports’ section select the KPI for which you wish to view Reports.
The ‘Overall Summary’ section will now show you data for all channels and even provide you with a breakdown of data by channel.
Scroll down the ‘Reports’ page to view individual channel data.
Analytics Overview now integrates uploaded data
In the ‘Overview’ page of the ‘Analytics’, data for uploaded sources is now included as well.
MPC Dashboard > Analytics
You can click on ‘Other Sources’ to view performance charts for only uploaded data.
On the top right you can select data sources from the ‘Sources’ dropdown menu.
