Assigning Business Roles
By defining roles for an agency or business, when setting up users for business profiles, the business will have the option of assigning specific roles to the user which will define the actions that they can carry out on the platform.
On the 'Role' tab, the business can choose the type of roles that will available for them across profiles and users for assignment.
There are two kinds of roles available in MPC.
1. Agency Level User Roles
- Global Administrator
- Agency Administrator
- System Administrator
2. Business Level User Roles
- Business Admin
- Contributor
- Content writer
- Reader
- Accounting
