Dashboard Widgets

The Dashboard displays multiple widgets depending on the Milestone Products you have subscribed to. These widgets display summary data from these products. Let's take a look at how the Dashboard gives you a quick snapshot of your online presence.

Website Performance

The Website Performance widget derives its data from Milestone Analytics. It shows you the most crucial analytics data from your website. This widget displays

  • Revenue: This is the total revenue generated from transactions that have taken place on your website.
  • All Impressions: The total impressions your website has generated from organic searches, paid media advertising, and local listings.
  • Sessions: The number of times users visited your website over the selected period.
  • Website Leads: The total number of customer leads your website has generated. This includes booking engine entrances, RFP submissions, phone clicks, contact form submissions, and subscription submissions.

Local SEO

The Local SEO widget displays the performance of your local listings on search. This widget focuses mainly on customer actions and how your local listings are discovered on search.

Customer Actions

The Customer Actions widget displays what actions customers have taken after viewing your local listing. There are three actions displayed here.

  • Driving Directions: The number of times users have clicked on the 'Directions' option on your local listing.
  • Phone Calls: The number of times users have clicked on the 'Call' option on your local listings.
  • Clicks on Website: The number of times users have clicked on the 'Website' option from your local listing.

Customers View Your Business on Google

This widget displays how customers view your local listing on Google. There are 4 types of searches that are displayed here.

  • Mobile Search: This displays the number of users that have arrived at your local listing via Google Search on mobile devices.
  • Mobile Maps: This displays the number of users that have searched for your business in Google Maps on their mobile devices.
  • Desktop Search: This displays the number of users that have arrived at your local listing via Google Search on their desktop.
  • Desktop Maps: This displays the number of users that have searched for your business in Google Maps on their desktops.

Schema Rich Results

This widget displays a quick snapshot of data that is derived from Milestone Schema Manager.

Performance & Visibility

This widget displays three types of data;

  • Rich Results: The total number of times your listing has displayed rich results in search.
  • Search Impressions: The number of times your listing has appeared on search for the selected period.
  • Potential Cost Savings: The estimated reduction in expenses by deploying structured data (schema) on your web pages.

Schema Deployment

This widget displays via a pie chart the number of pages that have schema deployed on them vs the number of pages that don't.

Insights

This widget displays Page Experience data derived from Milestone Insights. Under this widget there are 4 metrics displayed;

  • Page Speed: This is the load time or the time it takes for a webpage to fully load from the moment a user initiates the request.
  • LCP: The Largest Contentful Paint measures how long it takes for the largest visible content (e.g., an image or a block of text) to load on the screen.
  • INP: The Interaction to Next Paint records the delay between the user's interaction and the next paint (the moment the browser visually updates the page). Essentially, it shows how long the page takes to respond to user actions.
  • CLS: The Cumulative Layout Shift measures the stability of content as it loads, particularly how much unexpected layout shifting occurs during page load.

You can change the device for which the insights are being displayed using the dropdown menu at the top right.

FAQ Rich Results

A dynamic widget that showcases FAQ Rich Results, displaying the total number of questions and answers, providing users with quick insights, and enhancing SEO by highlighting structured FAQ content. This data is derived from Milestone FAQ Manager.
