Step-by-Step Instructions

From the main dashboard, click on Local Insights.

Select Bing Insights from the dropdown menu.

Understanding the Data

Total Impressions

The Total Impressions tile displays the number of times your business appeared in Bing Search results for the selected time period.

You can view the data trends using the graph displayed below the impressions tile.

Adjusting the Time View

Use the available time filters to view impressions data by:

  • Week
  • Month

This flexibility allows you to identify short-term spikes or long-term trends in Bing Search visibility.

Exporting the Data

To export Bing Insights data:

Click on the Export dropdown at the top right.

Choose between exporting in PDF or Excel format.

Exported reports can be used for client updates, internal reporting, or historical comparisons.
