Understanding the Data Tiles

Total Searches

The Total Searches tile at the top displays the number of times your Google Business Profile appeared in search results during the selected time period.

Below the tile, a graph illustrates the trend of search appearances over time.

You can switch between a line graph and a bar graph using the graph-type selector on the right.

Total Keywords

The Total Keywords tile shows the number of unique search terms that triggered your business profile during the selected period.

A corresponding graph displays how the number of keywords changed over time.

Using Filters

A filter dropdown at the top right allows you to refine the data by:

  • All Keywords: Displays all search terms.
  • Branded vs Non-Branded: Separates branded (business-specific) and non-branded (category/product/service-related) search queries.
  • Near Me: Shows searches containing "near me" phrases.

Keywords and Searches Table

A detailed table lists the keywords for which your profile appeared and their search volume.

Use the search bar above the table to quickly find specific keywords of interest.
