Overview

This document provides an overview of the processes for onboarding business profiles and accessing key platforms (Google Business Profile, Facebook, and Google Search Console) for client business locations. Each section includes instructions for gathering, managing, and sharing essential data, as well as ensuring the correct access permissions are granted.

Objective

To collect and organize key business information for each location to ensure accurate setup across digital platforms, enhancing profile visibility and customer accessibility.

Required Data Points

  • Store Code - Unique identifier for each location.
  • Business Name - Official name as registered or listed publicly.
  • Business Hours - Opening and closing times for each day of the week.
  • Address:
    • Line 1: Street Address
    • City
    • State
    • Zip Code
    • Country
  • Primary Phone Number - Main contact number for the business location.
  • Website URL - Official website link.
  • Primary Business Categories - Categorization to aid search engine and platform accuracy.

Process

  • Data Entry: Populate the Local PAS Sheet.xlsx  template with the required information.
  • Review and Verification: Ensure all details are correct and standardized across locations.
  • Storage and Sharing: Save the completed template in a shared, secure location for team access, and share as required for each client onboarding phase.
