Additionally, the Post Ideas feature leverages generative AI to help agencies quickly create relevant content for holidays and seasonal events.

This feature is ideal for agencies managing multiple business locations or clients, looking to scale content creation and distribution across major search and social platforms.

 

Step-by-Step Instructions

Accessing the Post Dashboard

Navigate to the Post Summary or Content Dashboard area in your platform.

Creating a New Post

Step 1: Start a New Post

Click the Create Post button at the top right.

Step 2: Select Profiles

Choose the business profile(s) or locations to publish the post.

Click Next.

Step 3: Choose Channels

Select one or more of the following platforms:

  • Google
  • Facebook
  • Bing
  • Apple

⚠️ Note: Apple posts must be created and published separately due to unique format requirements.

Step 4: Compose & Preview

Write the post content.

Use the preview panel to see how the post will appear on each selected platform.  Add details like CTA, Website URL and UTM source to track performance. Click on ‘Next’ if you wish to proceed.

 


Publishing Your Post

Step 5: Select Publish Timing

After previewing, click Next.

Choose to:

  • Publish Now
  • Schedule for Later

Click Publish to complete the process.

Post Confirmation

A success message confirms that the post has been published on the selected platforms.

Viewing Post Status

Go to the Post Summary or equivalent reporting view.

The Profiles column shows post-level publishing status.

Use the channel dropdown in the Post Status area to check each post’s publishing success per platform.

Apple Posts

Apple Business Connect allows businesses to publish placecard posts such as announcements, promotions, and seasonal content.

To create an Apple post:

Select Apple as the only channel.

Follow Apple’s structured format:

  • Headline
  • Body text
  • Start and end dates
  • Call-to-action (CTA)

Preview the post and publish.

Apple posts appear in Apple Maps and Spotlight Search, enhancing visibility on iOS devices.

 

Using Post Ideas

The Post Ideas feature enables quick post generation using AI, based on 50+ significant dates across the calendar year.

Accessing Post Ideas

Navigate to the Post Ideas section from your Post Dashboard.

Steps to Use Post Ideas

Choose a significant date or theme from the calendar view.

Click Generate Post to create content using AI.

 

Select the profile and desired channels for publishing.

Review and tailor the content as needed.

Publish immediately or schedule for later.
