Business hours

As a location-based business, it’s important for you to communicate the hours of operations of your business to your prospective customers searching on the web. Well, one can only imagine the dissatisfaction that a user experiences when he lands at a business’s location only to find out that the office is shut for the day. Milestone Presence Cloud lets you manage your business days and hours for all your locations centrally and syncs the information with various local directories regularly so that all local directories reflect the latest details only.

How to add or update business days, business hours, or special hours?

Click on the 'Locations tab, and choose a profile to get to the Profile Summary Screen. 

Here, you can make changes to your business hours and special hours on the screen.

If your business is open for the entire day, select ‘24 hours’ in the Opens at dropdown:

If your business is open from say 11 AM to 9 PM, click on the dropdowns to select the hours:

If your business is open from 9AM to 1:30PM and again from 3PM to 9PM, use the Add Hours option:

If your business is closed on Saturdays, mark it closed:

For special occasions, you might wish to define special timings for the day. You can do so in advance by using Special Hours: Choose the day and your special hours timings.

Click on ‘Save’ to make the changes.
