Monitoring Questions & Answers across locations and channels

To monitor Q&As that you have published or bulk uploaded, click on the ‘Published’ tab and you will immediately see the Q&As that have been published or ‘Sent to Publish’ for the locations that you have chosen using the ‘Filter’ on the main screen. 

Click on the ‘Sources’ drop-down option to see only Q&As that have been published to that particular screen. 

Using the search bar, you can look for a particular Q&A that has been published. 

Let’s now talk about the columns displayed in Published screen. 

Under the ‘Locations’ column, you will see the status of the Q&A – and it has been published or publishing is pending. Click on the number and you will see this screen.

Under the ‘Published to’ column you will see the source that the Q&A has been published to. Under the ’Published Date’ column you will see the date of publishing and under the ‘Publisher’ you will see the author of the Q&A or whether the Q&As have been bulk uploaded.
