What is an executive summary?
If subscribed, our Customer Success Managers (CSMs) and servicing team compile a report of the performance of the website over a month or quarterly for our clients. The report highlights aspects such as the changes made to the website, the performance of the website such as the number of sessions, user engagement, number of visitors and bookings (if applicable).
With competitive bench-marking and a Year-on-Year (Y-O-Y) comparison of the performance of the business website, the executive summary also lists out the opportunities for the business to improve its performance, the next steps to be taken, suggested updates for the business website and other related details.
