I'm unable to find certain schema types within Schema Manager. Why is that so?
Certain Schema types could still be pending in the implementation list, meaning that Schema.org are still working on it to make it fully available to be added to website content - based on feedback from its application on websites. However, if the schema is available on Schema.org but not on Milestone Schema Manager, Contact your dedicated Customer Success Manager to have any pending schema type available within Schema Manager.
