Effectively organizing and optimizing digital assets across multiple business locations can be challenging. Our Digital Asset Manager (DAM) makes it easy; manage, optimize, and deploy assets within minutes. Follow the steps below to get started:

Accessing the Asset Library

Step 1: Click the 9-dot menu at the top-right corner of the screen.

Step 2: Select Asset Library.

The Asset Library window will show all assets currently uploaded for your business.

Navigating the Asset Library

On the left panel, you’ll see the folder structure containing your business’s digital assets. Use this structure to browse existing folders or create new ones.

Creating a New Folder

Step 1: Click Create Folder.

Step 2: Enter a name for the folder.

Step 3: Choose sharing options:

  • All Profiles: Share with all business locations.
  • Selected Profiles: Choose specific locations from the dropdown menu.

Step 4: Set access permissions based on user roles:

  • Allow users to view assets only, or
  • Allow users to edit assets (add/delete).

Step 5: Click Save to create the folder.

Uploading Assets to a Folder

Step 1: Open a folder by double-clicking it.

Step 2: Click Upload Assets to start uploading files.

After uploading, an Image Quality Score will be automatically generated to indicate optimization status.

Folder Options (Three-Dot Menu)

For each folder, the three-dot menu offers:

  • Folder Info: view properties, assigned profiles, and roles/permissions.
  • Edit Folder: update folder name, profiles, and user permissions.
  • Delete: remove the folder.

Asset Options (Three-Dot Menu)

For each asset, the three-dot menu provides:

File Info: see details including:

  • Asset location
  • Asset size
  • Date modified
  • Asset type
  • Asset URL
  • Image Quality Score

Metadata: view and edit metadata:

  • Tags
  • Title & description (contextual metadata)
  • Embedded metadata
  • Mark the asset as a stock image (prevents search engines from indexing it).

  • Download: Save the asset locally.
  • Rename: Change the asset’s name.
  • Move: Relocate the asset to a different folder.
  • Copy Asset Link: Share the asset via a URL.
  • Delete: Remove the asset.

AI Analysis of Assets

Our AI automatically analyzes each uploaded asset to:

  • Add labels and detect localized objects within images.
  • Determine if the asset complies with safe search filters.

Moving an Asset

Three-Dot Menu

Step 1: In the asset’s three-dot menu, select Move.

Step 2: Choose the destination folder.

Step 3: Click Move to complete the transfer.

Drag and Drop

Step 1: Select the assets you want to move using the checkboxes.

Step 2: Drag the assets to the folder in the left panel.

Quick Access Menu

Step 1: Select the assets you want to move using the checkboxes.

Step 2: Click on Move in the quick access menu at the top.

Step 3: Choose the destination folder.

Step 4: Click Move to complete the transfer.
