Viewing the published status of FAQs
To view the status of the published FAQ, click on the number of locations under the ‘Locations’ column against the FAQ. The status could be ‘Pending' which means publishing is in progress, or failed, or published.
On clicking on the 'locations' number, you will see a status like this:
