Why am I not seeing some of my reviews though it is present on the Milestone Presence Cloud?
If your website has a dedicated Reviews page setup, you can display the reviews on Presence Cloud Reviews module for some of the sources such as Google My Business, Facebook and TripAdvisor on the website’s reviews page.
The website reviews offer a feature to filter out negative reviews (based on star rating) while publishing to your website. This lets you only show your best side to your customers.
Therefore, if you are seeing that your review count on website is not matching the review count on Presence Cloud, please check if some of the reviews are not being filtered out due to lower ratings.
